The Role: Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our in-house team. The role focuses on hands-on implementation of Salesforce enhancements as well as supporting the Business Analyst in delivering solutions and providing end-user support. The ideal candidate is confident in configuring Salesforce independently and has the communication skills to engage with business stakeholders to gather and refine smaller-scale requirements. This role is based in our vibrant Byron Bay head office - however we are open to remote or hybrid for the right candidate. As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include: Configuration and Implementation - Configure Salesforce features, including objects, fields, record types, validation rules, and flows to deliver scalable business solutions.Leverage Field Service Lightning (FSL) to optimize service operations, implement scheduling rules, and configure mobile workflows.Maintain and enhance Community Sites to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience to teams.Set up and maintain security controls such as roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.Build and maintain reports and dashboards. Stay up-to-date with platform updates and new feature releases. Solution Support Partner closely with the Business Analyst to scope, design, and deliver enhancements and fixes. Take ownership of smaller enhancement requests, from initial stakeholder conversations through to build and release. User Support Work alongside other System Administrators in providing responsive, high-quality technical support to Salesforce users. Contribute to training sessions and documentation to improve user experience and system adoption. Project and Team Work Work as part of a team and collaborate with the Business Analyst and other System Administrators in building and delivering technical solutions for end-users. Actively participate in sprints by completing assigned backlog items, providing status updates and flagging blockers. Required Skills and Experience: Hands-on experience with Salesforce in configuration and automation (e.g. Flows, validation rules, page layouts etc.) Ability to gather and refine smaller-scale business requirements and translate them into technical configuration tasks. Familiarity with user management, permission models, and data architecture. Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation. Desirable Skills (Not required) Experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL), including configuration of scheduling policies, service territories, or mobile workflows. Hands-on experience maintaining or enhancing Salesforce Community Sites (Experience Cloud). Understanding of integration concepts, such as REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms like Zapier, Mulesoft, or similar tools. Familiarity with programming in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Comfortable engaging with stakeholders to clarify requirements. Capable of managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
