About the role As part of the Trade Counter team in Molendinar, you’ll help engineers, project managers and other tradespeople access the products they need to maintain essential services, as well as undertaking other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly. What can you expect? Loading/unloading and accurately tracking, submitting and completing delivery runs locally Maintaining a high standard of general housekeeping within the branch and vehicles Delivering exceptional customer service Picking orders, warehousing and stock control activities Embracing the Reece values, policies and procedures Being a supportive team member Skills and Experience Heavy Rigid license is essential and Forklift license is preferred Has previous experience in delivery driving, retail or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate Can use a computer and is happy to learn new systems Has a clean, valid driver’s licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office What happens next!
