The Role We’re currently seeking a motivated and detail-driven Contract Administrator to support our expanding operations. You’ll play a crucial role in managing, preparing, and maintaining legal and financial contracts—ensuring smooth and compliant processes across all stages. What You’ll Be Doing Drafting, reviewing, and managing a range of contracts related to lending and property finance Liaising with internal teams, solicitors, and clients to ensure accurate and timely contract execution Ensuring all contracts comply with legal, financial, and regulatory standards Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our document management system Identifying risks and working with stakeholders to resolve contract issues proactively Supporting contract negotiations and assisting with amendments when needed What We’re Looking For Proven experience in contract administration or a similar role (finance, lending, construction, or legal background a plus) Strong knowledge of contract law and regulatory requirements Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously High attention to detail and confident communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Why Join KNOTE GROUP?
