Job Description Reporting to the customer Experience Manager, this position is to provide prompt and accurate information to our customers relating to their freight movement. This role requires a high level of attention to detail as well as the ability to react quickly and manage data to ensure that it remains correct and accessible to the Adelaide Branch. Duties include the following: Answering Customer Queries - Telephone and Email Liaising, build and maintain strong client relationships Data Entry, filing and general administration Reporting and notifying of discrepancies and account status Track Key Account Metrics (e.g. KPI’s) Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed Maintain and update information/data in SCT Logistics transactional system (SAP) as required Ensure data integrity of all data entered into SCT Logistics transactional system (SAP) AM and PM shifts are available for this position (6.00am to 2.00 pm or 12 noon to 8 pm). Ideally this position will have experience in the Field of Customer Service and in transport in general. SAP System experience Data entry experience A working knowledge of office information systems.
