Assist customers via email and phone (script based) 6 month contracts - Barangaroo Location - 5 days/week onsite Hourly rate between $35-$40/hour superannuation We’re hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives for a contract project starting in June, working onsite 5 days a week in Barangaroo, Sydney, with a multinational organisation. About the Role: Join a large-scale customer outreach project in the financial services sector. This is a script-based role focused on assisting customers with completing forms, managing email communications, and occasional follow-up calls. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in completing required forms accurately Make inbound and outbound calls (low volume) Manage email communication with customers Send out financial products and follow up as needed Use provided SAQs and scripts to guide interactions Practice high levels of compliance Hours: Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm (37.5 hour work week) Assignment Duration: 6 months (could get extended) What We’re Looking For: Previous customer service experience in financial services (required) Comfortable working with scripts and structured processes Strong written and verbal communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-ups How to Apply Please click on "Apply Now" for immediate consideration.
