Your new role Working with a large NFP health fund in their Charlestown branch, this organisation is seeking a full-time Customer Service Sales Assistant to join their team! After the training roles, the successful candidate will be responsible for: Providing exceptional customer service and sales to clients over the phone and face-to-face Knowledgeable of company service offerings, providing accurate information to clients Developing strong relationships with clients, with a 'member's first' mindset What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in retail, sales or customer service Previous experience with KPIs is essential Tech-savvy, able to quickly pick up on systems and processes Great communication skills, ability to build rapport with clients Enjoys working in a team environment The successful candidate will be expected to commit to a week of training in Sydney, accomodation will be provided.
