This opportunity will allow you to have an impact on delivering favorable outcomes in sales effectiveness and overall sales targets. We are looking for a natural leader with an analytical capability to be able to coach and develop our consultants via performance analysis trend spotting and forecasting. This role offers an abundance of opportunity to liaise with varying levels of stakeholders and cross functional teams. As our Sales Enablement Specialist you will have the ability to make this role your own while working in a collaborative environment. Having previous experience working within the automotive finance industry and novated leasing will set you apart however not mandatory to be successful in this role. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES The major responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: Executing on the day-to-day, tactical elements of sales enablement programs, including c design, content creation, delivery and ongoing optimization. Deliver dynamic and interactive enablement experiences, via a variety technologies, at all stages of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to development. Creating sales enablement content and assets including learning snippets, online learning content, sales guides, FAQs, user guides and best practices. Coaching and development of Novated Lease Consultant, via performance analysis, trend spotting and forecasting Proactively improve upon existing sales processes or tools and support the implementation of new initiatives in collaboration with other team members and other departments e.g. Product Management, Retail Project Manager, Solution Delivery, Marketing, Analytics & Insights, Customer Experience teams. Coordination of and participation in user acceptance testing relating to system and process improvements for the sales teams. EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS Exceptional leadership, communication, relationship building and taking initiative skills Excellent problem solving and numerical abilities, including metric analysis and reporting Excellent oral and written communication skills; Demonstrated experience in sales performance training; A mature and professional approach, with the desire to work in a team environment; Experience in performance management and using different learning principals and techniques; Computer literacy in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS PowerPoint and MS Excel; A focus on helping people be the best they can and passion for learning and development WHAT'S NEXT We'd love to hear from you if you're ready to take on your next challenge at a company that embodies diversity and belonging and offer work-life balance and career development.
