THE OPPORTUNITY We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for a Sales Development Representative to join Transformation & Growth team in Macquarie Park, Sydney NSW. Reporting to the Relationship Development Manager, these newly created roles present a unique and exciting opportunity to be a part of the organisations transformative journey. You will be critical in driving new business opportunities for the Process Automation and IT services division. As we embark on a significant growth phase, this role presents an unique chance to build a rewarding career in technology for an established global organisation. We employ a hybrid working charter with flexible working options and 3 days per week office attendance. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound calls and email to generate leads and qualify potential prospects through cold calling, social selling, email marketing, and more • Set appointments for the clients and the Sales Team, to close deals with clients. • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and prioritise target accounts • Utilise sales tools to track, manage, and report on lead generation and sales activities • Identifying initial client needs and communicating client's value proposition. • Manage and develop your own diary, schedule call-backs, and future opportunities and following up on leads • Identify and manage leads to compile and update the contact list or obtain a prospect list from another source. • Meet and exceed quarterly quotas for meetings attended Skills & Qualifications: • An understanding of sales development processes and strategies to successfully identify and engage good fit prospects • Familiar with CRM systems, lead generation tools and sales automation • Ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of products and services • Ability to deal with setbacks and regular objections • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal) • Adaptability in a dynamic corporate environment • Strong ownership and accountability for your sales results • Strong organisational and time-management skills Professional Experience • Must have 1 – 2 years in sales or customer service role, Telesales and or Telemarketing • Advanced Computer skills, especially MS Suite and Web-based marketing • Previous Customer Service, Contact/Call Centre Operations • Building rapport, providing good customer service and building and managing network for existing and new clients for referrals BENEFITS: • In house training and development and Generous Educational Assistance policy. • Diverse Career Development opportunities. • Employee Discounts through our “Gold Pass” rewards platform. • Income Protection and Life Insurance. • Salary Packaging & Novated Leasing available.
