Administration - Bookkeeper Head Office, NSW Due to growth, Belle Property Head Office is looking for a motivated, energetic and determined individual who has strong experience in real estate accounting. This exciting opportunity will allow you to play an integral role in our successful and enthusiastic team. The role is for an experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant with previous real estate experience. This is a vital position as the successful candidate will be instrumental in recording all accounting activities for real estate offices within our network, to ensure accuracy for all financial reporting of the business. This role is full-time, working Monday to Friday. About the job Leading award-winning franchise brand Vibrant and dynamic environment Full-time position Your key duties will include (but are not limited to): General Business Accounts (accounts payable and receivable) Managing Trust Accounts including Marketing reconciliations Payroll experience is a MUST Bank Reconciliations Compliance Settlements Daily Banking General ad hoc finance administration To be successful in this highly critical role, you will ideally demonstrate: Outstanding communication skills and time management Financial acumen - exceptional with numbers, attention to detail and high-level accuracy Possess a strong work ethic, positive outlook with a motivated "can do" attitude High level of professionalism and confidentiality for client information A focused, driven personality with strong organisational skills including high levels of initiative and an ability to work autonomously as well as be a great team player Well developed computer knowledge Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks Professional presentation and punctual Experience required: Previous experience in real estate accounts including trust accounting Relevant qualifications in accounting is highly desirable Knowledge of Xero or MYOB Experience with a CRM, ideally AgentBox, VaultRE and Realhub is advantageous A Certificate of Registration or real estate licence highly regarded but not essential Possible travel to offices – a current driver’s licence essential Strong references
