Direct Sales Representative — Boronia, Knox Area

We have an opportunity for a Direct Sales Representative as part of the Direct Sales team. This position reports to the Direct Sales & Customer Experience Manager and will support the growth of Linde’s market share of equipment by nurturing facilitated leads, qualifying through our sales process and actively pursuing new business opportunities. Tasks and Qualifications: Your Responsibilities: Product Knowledge: Actively maintain an expansive product knowledge to provide outstanding qualification to leads, participating in product training sessions and collaborating with the sales team experts to provide customer-focused solutions. Pipeline Development: Oversee inbound calls and digital enquiries, managing workloads in CRM for KPI achievement, whilst proactively generating leads to nurture rental and sales opportunities. Customer Experience: Provide outstanding professional service to customers across various platforms, supporting an informed sales process whilst ensuring a strong digital experience. Market Engagement: Seamlessly integrate marketing content into customer touchpoints, warm cold leads, actively participate in strategic campaign discussions with team and contribute market insights. Campaign Management: Act on campaign directives to maximise success in budget achievement for pedestrian and value ranges of material handling equipment. Qualifications & Requirements: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate professionally. Strong Microsoft Office Suite and computer skills. Formal qualifications in sales/marketing preferred but not essential. Proactive approach to problem solving and solution seeking. Demonstrate good time management skills. Call Centre and CRM experience is advantageous.
