They are seeking a Sales and Contract Administrator to join their dynamic team and support their continued growth. Your new role As a Sales and Contract Administrator, youll manage contracts, support sales teams, and ensure smooth operations. Your duties and responsibilities include: Manage the end-to-end contract process, ensuring accuracy and compliance Liaise with legal entities and assist with contract and legal queries Verify financial capacity for contracts and oversee the settlement process Prepare and maintain sales contracts and supporting documents Act as a bridge between sales and construction teams, ensuring smooth coordination Keep client records up to date within company systems Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, including handling variations Collaborate with developers on land registration and provide timely updates Oversee site surveys, ordering, and follow-ups to maintain schedules Promote workplace health, safety, and compliance Support business-wide administrative functions, stepping in where needed Foster a positive and high-performing team culture What you'll need to succeed Youll need the following to succeed in this role:2years experience as a sales administrator in a residential construction companyStrong understanding of constructionExceptional communication skillsMeticulous attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and timeframes What you'll get in return You will receive a competitive salary within a rapidly growing company, offering excellent opportunities for career progression and development.
