We are seeking a Sales Specialist to lead the charge in identifying and securing new opportunities for our inhouse site management software . This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with q uarrying and resources clients, infrastructure projects, government departments and more , helping them optimize their onsite operations with our cutting-edge software. This position is ideally based in Brisbane (our Milton office or in our Riverside Eagle St CBD office), but we are also open to applicants from Adelaide, Melbourne, or Sydney. Responsibilities With sales steadily increasing the need for a dedicated software sales specialist is now imperative. This role will see you take your proven sales experience and apply it to existing and new customers around Australia and New Zealand. You will: Identify and secure new business opportunities Develop and execute sales strategies to position the software as a must-have onsite management solution Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Work closely with internal teams to garner leads and refine sales materials Provide market insights and feedback to help improve the product. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions Travel to client locations, industry events and other offices as required Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Provide regular reports to the Manager. Experience Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within an IT, SaaS or mining and quarrying industries Strong understanding of technology-driven solutions Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences An ability to be the conduit between technical experts and the client A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
