We are looking for a strong leader to oversee the smooth operation of daily warehouse activities in a fast-paced and growing business. You will be responsible for supervising a team of 10 staff, managing logistics, inventory, and workflows while upholding safety and operational standards. About the Role As Warehouse Supervisor, you will lead daily warehouse operations, including pick, pack, ship, receiving, inventory management, and team coordination. Reporting to the Distribution & Manufacturing Manager, your day will start with a 7 AM team meeting, followed by hands-on leadership and administrative responsibilities. You’ll be expected to coach your team, manage performance, and collaborate with other departments across the business. You’ll drive a strong safety culture, ensure smooth communication between teams, and step in to assist operationally when needed, a hands-on approach is critical. From managing stocktakes to resolving delivery issues, your passion and leadership skills will ensure operational efficiency, staff morale, and quality service delivery.
