We see the administration function as the entry point to a variety of career pathways including corporate services, sales and operational positions. Under the guidance and training of an experienced Team Leader, you will become responsible for: Effectively administering and assembling all job registration activities and job files Work closely with Site Manager to ensure a smooth and professional project delivery Issuing, reviewing and checking purchase orders in accordance with company standards Maintain job costs and invoicing in line with company policy Ensuring that our quality, safety and environmental standards are consistently applied and maintained Communicating both verbally and in written form to clients, managers and fellow colleagues Working proactively within your team and the broader business to support accuracy, effectiveness and a great client experience. Experience Required: Strong administration & customer service experience Demonstrated Intermediate computer literacy with MS Office and ideally use of digital business systems Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to multi-task Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact with a range of stakeholders A positive & can do attitude An interest in workplace furniture and design.
