Senior Retail Lease Administrator — Richmond North, Yarra Area

MECCA is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Retail Lease Administrator to oversee the administration and management of our retail property portfolio. Ensuring operational excellence in lease administration, documentation management, and financial oversight. The Role You Could Play: This position requires in-depth knowledge of retail leasing processes, the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, and the capacity to work with both internal and external parties to ensure the smooth execution of leases and associated documentation. Instruct MECCA’s solicitors and negotiate directly with landlords and solicitors Support GM of Leasing and Leasing Manager for the creation and negotiation of lease offers. Provide crucial lease and lease offer terms to internal stakeholders to assist with the facilitation of portfolio growth and as otherwise required. Administer monthly occupancy cost payment processing through LeaseEagle including data entry, invoice validation and management of monthly accrual process. Maintain lease database integrity, and manage store data for both new and existing locations for reference and reporting and annual and multi-year occupancy budgets Coordinate advance rent, insurance, and bank guarantee requirements Contribute to monthly Property Meeting pre-read packs and take and distribute Property Meeting minutes.
