Sales and Marketing Manager — Torrensville, West Torrens Area

Overview of the Role: The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing the marketing, branding, and revenue growth strategies for TWY & Co’s portfolio of hospitality brands, including Soonta, Momentea, and Sip & Sea. This role plays a critical part in driving customer acquisition, building brand equity, managing multi-channel campaigns, and supporting franchisee sales performance nationally. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing strategies for each brand under the TWY & Co portfolio Drive national and local store marketing initiatives in collaboration with franchisees and store managers Oversee brand management, campaign development, and digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media) Analyse customer insights, market trends, and competitor activity to guide positioning and promotions Develop pricing, promotions, and loyalty strategies to support revenue growth Manage external agencies and creative teams to deliver campaigns on time and within budget Monitor and report on key marketing and sales performance indicators Support franchisee sales training and promotional execution Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing or sales leadership role Proven ability to build and implement brand and marketing strategies Strong communication and leadership skills Reporting Line: The Sales and Marketing Manager reports directly to General Manager
