This new role of Sales Administrator and Office Coordinator will work closely with the broader Sales and Marketing team assisting with duties that include the following: Maintain communication with the internal sales team, purchasers, settlement agents and mortgage brokers to ensure a smooth process is achieved. Assist with all sales processing and contract administration. Residential marketing (listings, brochures, eDMs etc.) General administration and office coordination including social committee and event planning. Sit in on board meetings and take minutes. You will be immaculately presented and happy to take on ad-hoc tasks to help the broader team. You will be able to demonstrate strong strong computer skills and have a passion for residential real estate administration. Ideally you will bring experience in a similar sales administration role in Development, construction or real estate industries.
