This role is a permanent, full time opportunity based at our Blackburn office. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our mission through expert legal and commercial advice. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will help manage legal risk and ensure compliance in a values-driven environment. Key responsibilities: Provide high-quality legal and commercial advice across contracts, operations, employment, property, and disputes. Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements with trade suppliers and consultants. Manage and oversee dispute matters, including litigation, as appropriate. Support risk and compliance functions by reviewing policies and delivering staff training on legal matters. About You Our ideal candidate will have a demonstrated work history providing general commercial legal advice and familiarity with the provision of legal services in the NFP sector, as well as; 3 years post qualification experience; Excellent verbal communication skills, in particular, the ability to explain complex legal issues to individuals and groups with a predominantly non-legal background; Current practicing certificate as an Australian legal practitioner.
