About the Role: This is a hands-on role involving both forklift operation and manual order picking: 40% High Reach Forklift work 60% Order Picking - attention to detail is absolutely vital! Picking components for manufacturing with a high level of accuracy Working independently once trained, but always as part of a friendly team ⚠️ Please note: This role is not suitable for someone seeking only forklift work - flexibility is key.
