ROLE IN A NUTSHELL: As a Cluster Manager at Shoe Warehouse, you’ll be responsible for leading our passionate Gold Coast Harbourtown (base store) and Brisbane DFO teams, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across both stores. Your leadership will shape store culture and contribute to the success of our brand. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: List the key responsibilities of the role, including team leadership, customer service, sales performance, and store operations. Be clear about what the role involves on a day-to-day basis and how it contributes to the store’s success. Example: Lead and motivate the teams to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service. Oversee store operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and store presentation. Build strong customer relationships and ensure a personalised shopping experience. Train and develop team members to enhance performance and skills. Monitor store KPIs and identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards. Collaborate with regional and head office teams to implement promotions and initiatives. ABOUT YOU: Previous experience in fashion retail management (Cluster Manager, Store Manager, or similar). A strong leader who can motivate and develop high-performing teams. Passionate about fashion, styling, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Skilled in visual merchandising and store presentation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
