You will be responsible for performing a broad range of administrative and customer-focused duties across various wards and departments within the Royal Children’s Hospital. On the Job training is provided to support you in this versatile role. Classification for this position will range from A010-A012 (base salary $29.58-$32.70 per hour, plus casual loading, Award Allowances plus superannuation) What you’ll achieve : Excellence in customer service. About the Department The Nursing and Administration Workforce (NAW) Unit provides an important service to The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) managers and staff to support the provision of high-quality patient care at the RCH. The team is responsible for the provision and management of high quality, in-house casual workforce services to the RCH wards and departments to meet operational requirements. Our goal is to provide professional, effective and customer orientated casual bank management and rostering services to our customers and effective, professional candidate care to our RCH casual bank members.
