Finance Administrator Two Scots are partnering with one of Australia's leading pharmaceutical suppliers and providing an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation that promotes from within and pride's themselves for their great culture. This is an initial 3 month contract with potential to go permanent. This position is an immediate start located in Melbourne's CBD. You will be responsible for: Maintain supplier accounts and manage queries on invoices Receiving, managing and logging supplier calls Accurately matching PO's with invoices with high attention to detail Assist data entry team in attending to queries on invoices from suppliers that are unable to be processed along Vendor maintenance Liaise with warehouse personnel in regard to query investigations Additional adhoc duties may be required SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 1 year's experience in an Accounts Payable role Excellent customer service and communication skills High level of accurate data entry skills Strong communication skills & 'can do' attitude Experience processing payments is desirable HOW TO APPLY.
