About the Role: Randstad is seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join a established organisation in the energy sector. In this role, you'll lead the New Connections team, supporting residential, commercial, and industrial customers with natural gas availability and connection requests. Pay Rate - $45 p/h Super Availability - Monday - Friday Location - Eagle farm, Brisbane Contract: 6 Month Contract - Opportunity to Extend Bonus: Parking on site, showers, change rooms About You: Call center experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle difficult customer situations. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Understanding of unions and how they operate in a workplace setting (desirable) Role Requirements: Lead the daily operations of the team. Provide training and support. Handle and resolve escalated customer issues.
