What You’ll Do as a Service Leader: Lead and Inspire Guide your team of passionate Disability Support Workers to deliver compassionate, person-centred support that changes lives. Be Hands-On Jump in where needed—support clients with daily living, community engagement, and personal care with professionalism and empathy. Shape Support Plans Collaborate with clients and families to create tailored care plans that empower people to reach their goals. Keep it Running Smoothly Manage daily operations, scheduling, and rostering to ensure services are delivered seamlessly. Be a Community Connector Build trust and relationships with clients, families, and key stakeholders—because together, we’re stronger. What You Bring to the Table: Certificate 3 or higher in Disability, Individual Support or Aged Care (highly recommended) Strong leadership skills and a passion for guiding teams – Previous experience as a Team/Site or Service Leader (Desired but not essential) Experience working within Disability Support/Aged Care with knowledge and training within Personal Care, Domestic Duties, Community Access and Manual Handling. A solid grasp of NDIS standards, compliance, and processes. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, CPR, and a driver’s licence. A belief in inclusive, respectful, and person-focused care.
