Shifts: Position 1 Week 1: Mon 6am–2:30pm | Tue 3pm–10pm | Wed 1pm–10pm Thu 12:30pm–10pm | Sat & Sun 6am–12pm Week 2: Tue 10pm–8am | Thu 6am–10am | Fri 6am–12pm Position 2 Week 1: Wed 6am–1pm | Thu 10pm–6am Week 2: Mon 12pm–10pm | Tue 3:30pm–10pm | Wed 8am–2:30pm Thu 3pm–10pm | Sat 3:30pm–10pm | Sun 10pm–6am What We’re Looking For: A compassionate and engaging support worker Highly responsible, committed, and willing to learn Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Essential Skills & Requirements: Current First Aid Certificate NDIS Workers Screening Check Working with children check - Employee Experience in or willingness to be trained in: ▪ Catheter Management ▪ Diabetes Care ▪ Mental Health Support ▪ Manual Handling ▪ Medication Assistance Flexibility to work a rotating fortnightly roster A person-centered, respectful, and empowering approach CASUAL Pay Rates (SCHADS Award) Casual 3.1 Home Care Employee- includes 25% loading: Day: $33.96/hour Afternoon: $37.36/hour Active night: $38.04/hour Saturday: $47.55/hour Sunday: $61.13/hour Public holiday: $74.72/hour Why Work with Us?
