Our Cardiometabolic Sales Team at Novo Nordisk Oceania is a dedicated team promoting and selling our innovative products and solutions to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and other public institutions. The role reports to the Vice President of Cardiometabolic Sales and will work from a location within Australia. The position As Regional Sales Director, you will be in-charge of setting clear goals and achieving sustainable business by coaching and managing the performance of sales leaders, overseeing the training, development, retention, and leadership of sales teams within your defined region. As a key member of our Cardiometabolic Sales Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in shaping our sales strategy and tactical plans to achieve extraordinary results. This leadership position is vital in driving our sales capabilities across the cardiometabolic product portfolio, with a focus on building innovative, customer-centric approaches that are industry-leading and trendsetting. Develop and consistently communicate the vision and overall sales strategy to the team, setting clear and compelling expectations that maximise sales performance. Provide input into sales force deployment strategies based on thorough analytical insights on marketplace needs, aligning with emerging market conditions, unique customer and market segment conditions, and the overall business strategy to consistently deliver results. Drive successful business plan execution across the assigned region, holding the field leadership team accountable for refining and executing plans that capitalise on opportunities within their geographies. Elevate sales teams to a high-performance, outcomes-focused organisation, continuously evolving skills, knowledge, and abilities to meet today’s needs while preparing for the future. Ability to lead and facilitate organizational change with an innovative mindset, along with flexibility for significant travel across the assigned region for meetings and events as needed.
