The role The Design & Digitisation Lead will work across the Claims Division, engaging with senior leaders to design, plan and implement initiatives to materially improve scalability, cost, control, and customer outcomes. Develop and implement digitisation initiatives for the Claims division, aligning with business goals. Identify key areas for improvement and propose innovative initiatives to drive efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction. Conduct operational and commercial analysis to identify and quantify opportunities, developing business cases to justify investment in AI initiatives, outlining expected benefits and return on investment. Lead the mapping of data sources, process requirements, and customer interactions to inform the redesign of end-to-end processes leveraging digitisation and AI. Partner with leaders to design and deliver AI solutions that improve scalability, cost, control, and customer outcomes. Lead the delivery across data, technology and business teams. Evaluate and implement relevant AI capabilities (e.g., Machine Learning, NLP) to automate processes and improve efficiency, leveraging capabilities that can automate tasks, improve decision-making, and enhance the customer experience. Manage a portfolio of AI initiatives, ensuring stakeholder engagement, tracking, and governance documentation. What experience you’ll bring; Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in business, commerce, data science, or technology Strong knowledge of customer technology, systems, and AI capabilities, and their application in process design and optimisation. Experience with relevant tools and platforms, including popular AI platforms, data science tools, and applications. 5 years of experience in a consultancy or internal business partnering function, preferably in an operational or financial services context. Proven experience leading and undertaking significant process redesign projects, including analysis and design phases.
