Are you a strategic retail leader ready to make a meaningful difference? We’re seeking an experienced General Manager to take the reins of a multi-state retail operation spanning the Northern Territory and Queensland. This is your opportunity to shape long-term success, inspire large teams, and deliver real outcomes for customers and communities. The Role As General Manager for Retail, you will report directly to the CEO and lead a diverse team spanning operations, merchandising, nutrition, and business support. Your focus will be on expanding market presence, optimising operations, elevating customer experience, and building high-performing teams, while staying agile to industry shifts and community needs. This is a full-time senior leadership role based in Darwin, with regular travel to regional and remote communities.
