Sales Enablement Specialist — The Rocks, Sydney

This high-growth tech innovator is driving transformation in the B2B space, specialising in complex, cutting-edge hardware and software solutions. With continued expansion and increasing demand from both direct and channel partners, the business is investing in building a world-class sales organisation. As part of this journey, they are seeking a skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to lead onboarding, training, and ongoing capability development for the sales team. Key Responsibilities Design and implement tailored enablement journeys across multiple sales roles, including for Sales Managers Develop and launch a product certification program for internal sales teams Conduct needs assessments and build targeted training programs focused on soft and technical sales skills Deliver hands-on enablement sessions and training (in-person and virtual) Maintain and optimise content repositories and enablement platforms Scale internal content for channel partners such as agents and resellers Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and subject matter experts Track and analyse enablement impact through metrics and post-training feedback Identify and introduce cost-effective digital learning tools and formats Desired Skills and Attributes 3 years’ experience in a similar sales enablement or training role Background in B2B technology, ideally with exposure to hardware or deep tech Demonstrated ability to deliver and manage enablement programs end-to-end Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDPICC) Excellent presentation and communication skills Proficiency with Salesforce and Google Workspace Experience with digital content creation (videos, e-learning, podcasts) Sales enablement certification (e.g., Sales Enablement Collective, ATD) is a plus Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action Why Join?
