Opportunities to continue developing and growing your career within the wider group Job Description Our Office Administrator is an important role in our team, where you would be responsible for providing general office support to management, rehabilitation consultants and employment consultants, ensuring an efficient and timely admin support service is provided to the team. This is a part time role (16 hours per week - ideally 4 hours per day over 4 days). Day to day, you will be involved in: Office Reception duties including Patient interaction - greeting patients and visitors, answering calls and handling general enquiries Appointment scheduling Patient information management including verifying patient information and maintaining records Clerical and administrative tasks General office maintenance Consultant Support including Administrative support to team members Proofing, distribution and efficient filing of documentation Qualifications Experience in the occupational rehabilitation or insurance industry is desirable. Experience working in a quality assurance role including the development, implementation and evaluation of policies and procedures. High level of administrative skills including eexcellent proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel and technology. Strong attention to detail. Demonstrated excellent time management and prioritization skills and ability to manage a diverse workload with competing priorities. Ability to work well under pressure. Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.
