About your new job Reporting to the Head of Service you will be a part of a highly motivated team delivering outstanding service to both internal and external stakeholders. As the CS Team leader your responsibilities will include but not be limited to – •Lead and coach your team to deliver excellence that drives brand advocacy & loyalty •Work with a high demand of inbound calls & emails •Manage the online feedback received via digital channels in a timely and efficient manner •Ensure that all customer inquiries are satisfactorily managed, resolved and closed within agreed timescales •Analyse weekly statistics and create reports to discuss possible improvements •Embracing and promoting our technology offerings to clients •Ensure the team’s workload is managed effectively and positively lead them through change. •Liaising with third-party suppliers and industry peers to build strong relationships and encourage growth About you! •You will have exceptional communication, organizational and time management skills •Demonstrated experience of 3 years in managing or leading a high-volume customer service team •Be a positive, proactive and self-starter with the ability to work well with multiple departments and key stakeholders in the business •Exposure to a KPI driver environment preferably within Customer Service on a call centre Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and web/email, with an ability to learn new systems quickly •High attention to detail and a strong desire to exceed client expectations •You will be available to work between 7:00am – 7:00pm, 5 days per week, 365 days per year – and the occasional weekend work depending on coverage What’s in it for you? •A Permanent opportunity with a friendly and supportive team •Parking available on site •You will work for a sophisticated brand, highly respected in the industry •$75,000 Superannuation Penalties and leave loading To apply, please select APPLY NOW or contact Julie Luszcynski at [email protected] or 0400 824 583 for further information and a confidential conversation.
