As a leader, you will take ownership of your boutique and team, ensuring they have an exceptional brand and product knowledge and are following your lead to deliver the highest level of customer service. Maintain the highest level of customer care and operational performance of your boutique. Consistently drive sales through communication and excellent store presentation. Uphold the KUWAII brand by providing leadership, mentorship, and performance feedback to all team members. Oversee the management of inventory, store financials, and loss prevention. Work with and provide feedback to the Designer/Director to strategically improve the customer experience, product, and services. Develop an understanding of your store's customer profile to maximise sales and growth opportunities Maintain consistent communication levels with customers, head office, and other stores. To lead by example in the level of customer care and company culture. Maintain a consistently exceptional level of presentation and set an example for our other team members.
