What You'll Be Doing As a SEIT Tour Guide, you'll: Lead small-group tours through world-famous landscapes Share meaningful stories and cultural insights in a respectful and engaging way Deliver commentary, manage logistics, and ensure guest safety and satisfaction Rise early for stunning sunrises, guide scenic walks, and bring each destination to life through immersive storytelling What You’ll Bring A passion for the Australian Outback, cultural heritage and connecting with people Experience in guiding, hospitality, or customer service (preferred) Excellent communication and storytelling skills A positive, energetic attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work outdoors in a physically active role Provide First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain) Police Check & Medical Clearance (or willingness to obtain) What We Offer Housing and relocation support Five weeks of annual leave Staff travel perks for family and friends 12 weeks paid parental leave (for eligible team members) Two paid volunteer days per year Employee discounts on retail, wellness, and travel Regular team connection days to celebrate and recharge
