We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at CARS24 in Victoria, Australia. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales process, driving performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your role will be critical in achieving our sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Complete Ownership of Sales Process: You will take complete ownership of the sales process for our marketplace, from the generation of leads to pre-delivery. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing and streamlining the entire sales journey. Driving After-Market Sales: You will be responsible for driving financing, extended warranty, and other value-added after-market sales. Maximizing the penetration of these services will be vital in increasing overall revenue and customer satisfaction. Performance Management: As a Sales Manager, you will be in charge of motivating and leading the sales teams, both over the phones and on the ground. Your ability to inspire and mentor the team will be essential in achieving sales targets and enhancing productivity. Providing Feedback to Support Teams: You will work closely with the Sourcing, Refurb, and Pricing teams, providing them with consistent feedback on customer needs and market trends. This collaboration is crucial in aligning our strategies and enhancing the overall sales process. Ensuring 5-Star Customer Service: Delivering exceptional customer service is a top priority. You will work tirelessly to ensure every customer receives a 5-star experience throughout their journey with Cars24. Collaboration with Other Teams: Being a team player, you will work in sync with the logistics and customer experience teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Key Objectives and Key Results (OKRs): Total Sales Targets: You will be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's overall revenue growth. Lead to Net Sale Conversion Ratio: Optimizing the conversion ratio of leads into successful sales is a key metric to ensure efficient lead management and enhance overall sales performance. Total Value-Added-Services Penetration: Increasing the adoption of value-added services, such as financing and extended warranty, will be essential in maximizing revenue and improving customer experience. Efficiency of Overall Spend: As the Sales Manager, you will work towards optimizing the cost of sales to achieve greater profitability for the company. CSAT and NPS Scores: Monitoring and improving Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Scores (NPS) will be crucial in ensuring our customers' loyalty and positive word-of-mouth.
