This is a critical position where your expertise in contract management, cost control, and commercial support will directly impact the success and delivery of high-quality outcomes. The Role Your focus will be ensuring that all contract processes are managed efficiently, supporting the successful delivery of construction projects. You will be responsible for overseeing contract administration from the pre-construction phase through to project completion. The main responsibilities of the position will be: · Coordinate and maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, registers, and correspondence, to support efficient project delivery. · Assist with planning and scheduling project activities and milestones to ensure timelines and objectives are met. · Manage and maintain accurate records of project data in compliance with organizational policies and procedures. · Provide administrative support to the project team by organizing meetings, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and following up on action items. · Liaise with internal departments, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and prompt issue resolution. · Support contract administration by assisting in the preparation, tracking, and filing of contractual documents. · Monitor project budgets and expenditure by maintaining financial records and assisting with basic reporting. · Ensure project compliance by maintaining proper documentation and supporting audit and reporting requirements. Key requirements · Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) · Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the construction or manufacturing sector · Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD · Tertiary qualifications in project management or a related field; PMP preferred · Strong planning, scheduling, and coordination skills · High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities · Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including colleagues, suppliers, and subcontractors · Excellent written and verbal communication skills What we offer At Aluming Windows and Doors, we are committed to creating a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
