Working closely with our leadership team on their operational requirements, you will support Recruitment within the business to the best of your ability with the support of your Recruitment Manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Posting ads and responding to applicants on social media. Placing content on social media about Sands Fridge Lines. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Maintain and nurture a pool of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the best fit for both candidates and Sands Fridge Lines. Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company. Assisting with Hiring Managers to ensure navigation through Recruitment Process ABOUT YOU: Ideally, you have experience in blue collar recruitment, though we’re also open to experienced Recruitment Coordinators from other industries. If you're eager to learn and grow, we can teach you the required skills needed. What matters most is your passion, your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be willing to immerse yourself in our energetic and supportive team culture. The successful candidate will be working 8:30am to 5pm from Monday to Friday.
