Position: Contract Administrator Position Type : Full-Time Permanent Salary: $73,000 to $76,000 plus superannuation per annum Location: Herston QLD 4006 Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Administrator to manage and support all contract and documentation activities related to their commercial cleaning operations. This role is crucial in maintaining service standards, client relationships, and contractor coordination. The successful candidate will play a key part in drafting and reviewing contracts, managing service agreements, responding to client and stakeholder inquiries, and supporting compliance across various cleaning services and operational processes. Your job duties will include, but not limited to, the following: Prepare and manage all documentation related to contracts, service agreements, and quality, safety, and risk management compliance. Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to contracts, ongoing projects, and the delivery of cleaning services. Collaborate effectively with clients, real estate agents, tenants, and a variety of service providers. Assist in the preparation and issuance of company policies, cleaning scopes, tender materials, and all associated documentation and timeframes. Review and process invoices, ensuring timely payment in accordance with contract terms and service agreements. Maintain accurate records and registers for commercial agreements and contracts, insurance documents and certificates, correspondence and site instructions. Requirements: AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma or higher in relevant field At least two (2) years’ experience as Contract Administrator required, preferably within cleaning, property, or facilities management sectors. Strong understanding of commercial contract negotiation, risk assessment, and legislative compliance. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Xero, and ERP systems. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Multilingual or cross-cultural experience is preferable.
