An Australian owned company specialising in freight forwarding and customs clearance seeking a Customer Service / Internal Sales to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities Follow up on internal sales leads and prepare accurate, timely quotes Respond to import and export shipment enquiries via phone and email Keep clients updated on shipment progress, proactively communicating delays and offering solutions Manage bookings and ensure precise data entry within logistics systems Support customs clearance processes, ensuring all documentation meets compliance standards Collaborate with operations to monitor to ensure delivery deadlines are met About You Experience in customer service or internal sales within freight forwarding, import/export, or logistics Solid understanding of quoting processes and pricing structures Familiarity with CargoWise is highly regarded Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational abilities Proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service What’s on offer?
