This full-time role covers a wide variety of tasks including preventative maintenance, breakdowns, electrical fault finding, and equipment upgrades/installations. You’ll be working across multiple factories and a mix of modern and older machinery – no two days are the same. Opportunities for progression and upskilling are readily available as part of a growing national operation. Position Details: Salary : $121K Super Allowances Overtime Shifts Available: 4-on, 4-off (2 Days/2 Nights | 12-hour shifts 6am–6pm) Day Shift : Monday to Friday (6:30am–2:30pm) | $45/hr Overtime Double Time Location : Acacia Ridge Key Responsibilities: Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on industrial machinery Troubleshoot and resolve faults quickly and effectively Assist with equipment upgrades and new factory installations Maintain safety standards and accurate service records Carry out inspections to ensure plant efficiency and safety What We're Looking For: Current QLD Electrical Licence CPR/LVR Proven experience in industrial maintenance environments Strong fault-finding skills with PLC and VSD knowledge Background in 24/7 manufacturing preferred Strong safety awareness and documentation skills Why Join Us?
