About the Role We have an excellent opportunity available for a Customer Service & Logistics Manager at AB Biotek, located at our Sydney Technical Centre in North Ryde. Our Customer Service & Logistics Manager is an essential role, working with various stakeholders you will be responsible for creating & maintaining outstanding internal and external service and a high degree of professionalism. You will also be responsible for ensuring all logistical items are entered diligently and with a high attention to detail and fluidity. This is a great opportunity to be involved in all aspects of the supply chain process, completing end-end orders whilst ensuring customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Commercial Director, your core responsibilities will include: Provide and maintain outstanding service to our customers, sales & operations Teams. Manage form order to delivery all aspects of Sales Ordering and Purchase Ordering process Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff and clients. Liaise with the operations teams to ensure timely despatch & accurate delivery of all orders. Participate in stocktake and assist in the reconciliation of finished goods stock. Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, and the generation of credits where necessary. Run a local S&OP process to ensure demand and supply balance for industry leading long term customer service About you As an ideal candidate for the position, you will have high organisational skills & strong customer service relationships in your past roles and experience in both domestic & export shipping business environments dealing with logistics and inventory control. We are looking for your passion and interest in customer service coupled with administrative duties including finance & logistical documentation. Your approach will be customer centric, and you'll love showing initiative, problem solving and proactive nature and deliver exceptional value for our customers.
