About the Role We're seeking a detail-oriented and approachable Administration Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our Cohuna facility. In this pivotal front-line role, you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff. Your responsibilities will include: Providing high-level administrative support to the Facility Manager and team Answering calls, greeting visitors, and handling general inquiries Maintaining accurate records and resident documentation Assisting with rostering, data entry, and compliance reporting Supporting staff onboarding and HR administration Ensuring office supplies and systems are maintained efficiently What We’re Looking For Proven experience in administration, preferably in aged care, health, or community services Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational and time management abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems A positive, respectful, and team-oriented attitude Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with empathy Requirements Previous experience required Minimum Certificate of Education or equivalent. Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain) Working Rights in Australia Tech savvy, ability to learn new systems ie. CRM AlayaCare, 3CX Friendly, warm and welcoming attitude Strong customer service skills, empathetic phone manner to manage calls from our aging community Why Join Respect Aged Care?
