We are looking for vibrant Customer Service officers to work at a high-profile, state of the art aquatic, fitness, sports, café facility located in the Northeastern suburbs. About the Role Working on a casual basis, you will be required to perform a range of administrative / reception tasks including: Customer service – (face to face, as well as phone and email communication) Cash handling and EFTPOS transaction Perform bookings for Centre Programs and services Including: Swim School Birthday Parties Health and Fitness assessments Special events Maintain cleanliness of reception, retail and foyer area About you You are enthusiastic and have a focus on enhancing a positive customer experience. You may be studying or are not available all of the time but have some weekday availability and can work on weekends as required.
