You will be a part of developing their warehouse operations and driving them forward as they continue to expand in the international market. Your Role: Monitor & Maintain Inventory - Track stock movements, transfers, and cycle counts to ensure accuracy. Resolve Discrepancies - Identify and correct stock level mismatches in records and reports. Oversee Operations - Manage receiving, storage, and dispatch processes for customers and stockists. Improve Efficiency - Improve warehouse layout for faster and more accurate order fulfilment. Maintain Quality Control - Ensure high standards in order accuracy, quality checks, and packaging. ShipStation Management - Oversee order processing to ensure timely and accurate shipments. Refine Workflows - Develop and enhance warehouse processes for improved efficiency. Data-Driven Decisions - Generate inventory and fulfilment reports to provide key insights to leadership. Skills & Experience: 5 years in warehouse operations and inventory management. Systems knowledge in Shopify, Cin7, ShipStation (or similar platforms). Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Experience in stock flow management and warehouse optimisation.
