Your new role This position offers a unique opportunity to provide strategic legal counsel on interesting and complex corporate and commercial matters, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. You will play a key role in managing external counsel and advising on regulatory compliance, governance, commercial agreements, risk management, and corporate strategy.
