As such, a strong commitment to your scheduled shifts is essential to ensure the highest quality of care and support. What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting participants using individualised care plans tailored to their goals and strengths. Providing personal care with compassion, dignity, and respect. Encouraging community participation and meaningful social connections. Assisting with daily living skills like cooking, cleaning, and meal prep. Administering and managing medications as required. Building strong, positive relationships with participants, families, and your team. What You’ll Need: Experience in person-centred support within a disability setting. Relevant qualifications (desirable). A valid NSW Driver’s Licence and access to an insured vehicle. Working with Children Check , NDIS Worker Check , and NDIS Orientation Module .
