Administration Assistant — Brisbane CBD, Brisbane

We’re looking for a capable and proactive Administration Assistant to join the largest team within a leading insurance organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a highly experienced Personal Assistant, supporting a dynamic leadership team in a high-volume environment. What You’ll Be Doing: Coordinating domestic travel and accommodation bookings Managing calendars and diaries for senior executives, including GMs and the Associate Director Booking meeting rooms and organising catering Providing general administrative support as needed Working closely with and under the guidance of a senior PA Liaising with a wider network of PAs within the claims assessing team About You: You bring solid all-round admin experience and are naturally organised Confident, capable, and quick to learn—ready to hit the ground running Able to work independently and take initiative, especially when support is offsite A team player with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail Early-career professionals encouraged to apply—attitude and reliability are key Professional in presentation, but comfortable in a relaxed (not overly corporate) environment Why Join Us?
