The successful candidate will manage a diverse property portfolio, ensuring assets are protected and enhanced while delivering top-notch property management services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a solid background in property management and a knack for operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the operational performance and maintenance of assets within the portfolio. Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and company policies. Manage tenant relationships, resolve escalated issues, and oversee tenant communication. Budget management, financial reporting, and achieving financial KPIs. Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring superior client service. Key Requirements: Ideally minimum 3-5 years of commercial experience in the property industry.
