About your new role: As an Administration Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for clients, including injured workers seeking support. Your role will involve: • Providing empathetic and professional assistance to clients, understanding their injuries and mental health concerns. • Managing incoming calls, emails, and appointment scheduling. • Handling data entry and maintaining accurate records in the CRM. • Assisting with general administration tasks to support the team’s operations. • Collaborating with a small, close-knit team to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
