Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of high-calibre matters, our Projects & Energy Transition team in Sydney is looking for a Senior Associate with a background in major projects and a commercial mindset to join our leading practice.In this role, you will work closely with the Partners on a broad range of matters relating to the procurement and delivery of major projects in the construction, infrastructure, resources, transport, and energy sectors. Desired Skills and Experience: 6 years or more post admission experience in a projects, infrastructure or construction practice area, gained within a reputable firm. A proactive, positive and energetic approach with a commitment to providing excellent service and, a desire to interact with the market and build client relationships. A commercial approach and an ability to articulate and negotiate effectively. Strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills. The ability to be team-focused, provide leadership and mentoring to the juniors in the team, whilst also work independently.
