Administrator Location: Thornton Rate: $30-$35 an hour plus super (pending experience) Type: Temporary to Permanent Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm Your new company Hays Recruitment has partnered with one of Australia's leading manufacturers, who has had significant growth throughout Australia. Your new role This role is designed to assist the team with general administration duties. Working on-site and in a small team of approximately 5 people, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for clients, responding to incoming enquiries and directing them to internal team members General administration duties, filing, data entry, using systems like Microsoft Office Suite Data entry and database management, processing orders Adhering to health and safety policies Other adhoc duties and assisting other team members as required The successful candidate will be required to wear a hard hat and/or steel caps boots occasionally onsite. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in an administration role is essential Tech-savvy, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail skills Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with your team The successful candidate will need to complete a Drug and Alcohol test What you'll get in return Working with a supportive team On-site parking Great work/life balance Weekly pay cycle Potential temporary to permanent opportunity Ongoing support from your consultant at Hays Recruitment!
