Your new role This role is designed to assist the team with general administration duties. Working on-site and in a small team of approximately 5 people, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for clients, responding to incoming enquiries and directing them to internal team members General administration duties, filing, data entry, using systems like Microsoft Office Suite Data entry and database management, processing orders Adhering to health and safety policies Other adhoc duties and assisting other team members as required The successful candidate will be required to wear a hard hat and/or steel caps boots occasionally onsite.
